Brownie Recipe- Food Technology

 Ingredient list:

1 Cup Apple Puree 

⅓ Cup Cocoa

¾ Cup Self Raising Flour 

½ Tsp Baking Powder 

½ Cup Sugar 

½ Tsp Salt 

1 Cup of Milk Chocolate Buttons 

Preheat the oven to 175 degrees and spray muffin tin with cooking spray. Place the apple puree in a medium bowl. Sift in the cocoa, flour and baking powder. Add the sugar and salt and mix until just combined. Do not over mix the batter. Fold in the chocolate chips. Transfer to the muffin tins and bake for 25-30 minutes or until the centre feels set and fudgy when a skewer is inserted. Cool in the pan for 5-10 minutes before removing.
