SLJ, Weird and Wonderful- Week 1, Day 2, Activity 3

I think the answer to this maths problem is 1,095 ml. This is how I worked it out-  I figured out how many days are in a year and then I times that by three, which is 1,095 and then I just added ml on the end.

  1. Hello Caitlyn,
You make math seem like a dream! You solved this is a couple of sentences, and that's it! You are 100% right with this question, I even googled it after posting my blog post just to make sure. I personally think that I am good at maths, so here is a problem that I think you should solve since you are a whizz. 4ml for 2 years for your cactus. How much water will you need. It's simple, use your method for it!

Do you know the answer to my question?

  3. Hi Caitlyn

Well done for going back and doing the questions that you were missing to finish the programme.
You have done a great job with this activity. Did you think about what the answer might be if it was a leap year? I know that it would not make too much of a difference but it would change the answer.
Remember to show your workings out when you explain exactly how you got to this answer. It is always good so that people/teachers know that you have understood how you got your answer.

    Well Done Caitlyn

    Until next time

    Allie :)
