week 4, day 3

In my classroom I have put a big bookshelf because I love books and reading, two tables that are different shapes and have cool seats, a big pile of cushions and a cool mat that says welcome

  1. Kia ora Caitlyn,

Super work using Google Draw to create this classroom plan! I like how colourful all your furniture is. I always enjoy being in bright classrooms! I feel as though brightly coloured classrooms always have a more engaging and fun atmosphere.

In my ideal classroom I would have a vege garden so my class and I can plant fresh vegetables like tomatoes in our class and watch the grow. When the veges are ripe, we could used the veges to do some whole class cooking. I think it would help our class learn how to be responsible and care for our environment. Growing and using our own vegetables will teach us how to become environmentally sustainable.

Have you heard of environmental sustainability before? Do you know what it is? You can always do a search if you're not so sure. It's a big word!!

    Keep up the great blogging!

    Noho ora mai,

    Emiely :)

    1. Hi Emiely

I think it was the topic for our class last year. I just googled it as well. Recycling is something good for the environment, so is biking to places instead of driving your car.

      From Caitlyn :)

Thanks for your positive, thought and helpful comment on my work.
